MY SERVICES
With more than 10 years of experience in the management of tourist apartments in Barcelona, I am specialized in providing an unforgettable experience to guests and maximizing profitability for owners. My focus is on the integral management, from booking management and welcome from the guests to the maintenance of the property. Some of the services I can offer you:
- Platforms advertising and maintenance updates
- Management of reservations and control of arrivals
- Reception or checkin, with wide variety of tasks
- Collect, manage and declare the tourist tax
- Control and management of the police form
- Checkout with or without revision of the apartment’s condition

- Cleaning of the apartments (through two professional teams)
- Laundry cleaning (through two professional companies)
- Search and control for possible breakdowns, insurance, professional,s etc.
- Purchase and delivery of cleaning, hygiene, spare parts, etc.

WHO I AM
Xavier Barba Llorens, close to 65 years old, with strength and desire to continue working, I love the contact and empathy with people, knowing different cultures, I have travelled a lot and my professional life has been long and very varied, which give me an ideal profile for this type of work, both by contact with people, and to organize and have solutions for any trouble.
- English good level, French very good level and Italian medium level
- Spanish and Catalan, perfect.
- Full management of apartment 5 pax in Plaza España (BCN) 12 years.
- Full management (without cleaning, but controlling) of three apartments in Gracia (Barcelona) of 8 pax each, since a year and a half.
- Management for 4 months in the Eixample of Barcelona of luxury apartment of French company, for its employees (without advertising). Waiting for them to reactivate their activity in the city.
- I’m a registered freelancer (in Spanish we call autónomo, invoicing myself)
- I’m only interested in legal apartments, and better with certain level.
- I could study proposals outside of Barcelona, if they’re nice.

Jack is a very friendly man, he synchronised everything from the airport pick up to a late check in, we did not expect the welcome champagne which is really a surprise for us.
Also during the days of stay, we were asked what we need as additional service and provided us very quickly. Great experiences.
